JumpPods Support
For help, email [email protected]. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, headphone model, app version, and a description of what happened.
What you need
- An iPhone running iOS 17 or later.
- Compatible motion-capable AirPods or Beats headphones.
- Both earbuds connected and worn securely with Automatic Ear Detection enabled.
If JumpPods cannot find your headphones
Confirm they appear as connected in Bluetooth settings, place both earbuds in your ears, and reopen JumpPods. If iOS asks for Motion & Fitness access, allow it so JumpPods can receive the headphone motion stream.
If “Almost ready” stays on screen
Stand normally for a moment with your head upright. JumpPods becomes ready after it receives a stable, non-freefall motion signal from the connected headphones.
Jump safely
Use a clear indoor area with a dry, level, non-slip surface. Make one controlled standing jump and land with both feet. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or instability.
