For help with HangTime! on iPhone or iPad, email [email protected]. Include your app version, device model, and a description of what happened. Please do not send passwords or private flight notes.
Recording a flight
Tap Start and follow the in-app guidance. Use a protective case, stay low over a padded surface, and keep the area clear. Cancel ends an unfinished attempt. Moving the app to the background also cancels recording.
HangTime uses the device’s accelerometer to estimate airtime. Results are recreational estimates, not precision measurements or aviation records.
Your records
HangTime keeps personal records on your device. Avoid deleting the app while troubleshooting if you want to preserve them. Device backups are managed through your device’s backup settings.
