Before contacting support

Confirm Camera access is enabled in Settings for photo and video capture.
Confirm Microphone access is enabled if you want sound in recorded videos.
Keep JunkBlock open while a Precision video is being generated.
Use Restore Purchases from the JunkBlock Pro screen if a prior purchase is not recognized.

Email [email protected] with your iPhone model, iOS version, and a description of what happened.

Do not attach private photos, videos, or protected source media to a support message.
