Hearts - Cardcraft is published by SoftwareByEugene LLC. We designed the app to be privacy-first and to work without collecting personal data.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell your personal data.
This includes your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, messages, and usage analytics.
Hearts - Cardcraft does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking technologies.
Game-related information such as settings, progress, preferences, player names, and premium entitlement status may be stored locally on your device so the app can function properly. This local data stays on your device and is not sent to SoftwareByEugene LLC.
If you choose to play nearby multiplayer, Hearts - Cardcraft may use Apple's local network technologies to connect devices in the same area. Player display names and game state may be shared directly between participating nearby devices for the current game session. SoftwareByEugene LLC does not receive, collect, or store this information.
If you choose to use Apple platform features such as in-app purchases, Game Center, or local network permissions, those features are provided by Apple and are governed by Apple's terms and privacy practices.
