ConditionProof is made by SoftwareByEugene LLC. It is designed to create property condition records without requiring an account or uploading your property photos and reports to us.
Property labels, names you enter, inspection details, observations, photos, optional photo-location coordinates, generated reports, and export files are stored in app-private storage on your device. They leave your device only when you choose to share or export them.
ConditionProof may request camera access to capture evidence, microphone and speech-recognition access for optional dictation, and location access when you enable optional location evidence. You can use typed observations without dictation and can keep location evidence off.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. ConditionProof receives transaction and entitlement status needed to unlock purchased features. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
ConditionProof may collect limited product-interaction events, such as whether an inspection was started, a preview was reached, or a purchase was completed. These events are not used for cross-app tracking and are not linked to your identity. Property labels, names, observation text, photos, coordinates, and exported files are excluded from analytics.
ConditionProof does not use third-party advertising trackers, does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and does not sell your personal information.
Your inspection evidence remains on your device until you delete a report or remove the app. Shared exports are controlled by the destination you select and may remain there after the app’s local copy is deleted.
ConditionProof is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain available at this URL.
