Color Haven is made by SoftwareByEugene LLC. It is designed to work without an account and without collecting personal data.
Your painting progress, gallery preferences, comfort settings, survey responses, and anonymous product events are stored only in app-private storage on your device. Color Haven does not upload this information to us.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Color Haven reads verified transaction and entitlement status to unlock purchased features. We do not receive your payment-card details.
Color Haven contains no advertising or tracking SDKs, does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and does not sell personal information. Product events are used only on your device and are not transmitted to us.
Color Haven does not require an account and does not upload painting activity or progress to a cloud service. The app does not provide a feature that sends your content to other users.
Color Haven does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.
We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain available at this URL.
